BACKGROUND: Bruce Campbell was formerly an infamous B-Movie actor in Dimension Earth, until he formed a rivalry with his arch nemesis Tom Hanks, who believed Bruce was trying to stand in the way of his "domination" of the film market.  Their rivalry took them to Canada, where they intended to fight to the death, until a strange meteor landed near them, infusing them with radiation and giving them strange powers, such as the ability to shapeshift at will.  Later, the temporal anomalies caused by the Paradox in Dimension Mobius brought him into contact with Godzilla, who became his close friend, and together they traveled across different dimensions to meet various beings.  Arriving in Dimension Star, he and Godzilla met the Mobians, and being intrigued by their underlying potential, decided to stick nearby them.  Upon meeting Blaze, whom he developed feelings for, he decided to stay in Mobius, and help to thwart Tom Hanks' attempt to invade the planet.
