BACKGROUND: In the altered timeline, Future Sakura Ayomi had killed Vile and the Brotherhood, and had obliterated most of the Death Eye. Sensing Sakura's immense strength, Sigma activated his last hope for survival, his "Desu-Drive." A similar concept to Tails' Graviton Drive, it gathered scrap metal to his ruined body and combined it into a massive, powerful form. When the Desu-Drive overloaded and destroyed the rest of the Death Eye, DesuSigma emerged from the flames and engaged Future Sakura in an intense battle. Evenly matched for most of the battle, Future Sakura eventually overpowered DesuSigma and obilterated his body into a billion unsalvageable pieces.
