BACKGROUND: In the original timeline, Shadow and Keyoni Makibi found comfort with one another after losing so many of their friends in the war. Coupled with their brief fling a couple of years prior, they started a new relationship, and soon after, Key became pregnant with their daughter. They named her Hikaru, and she was the first naturally born Monghog in the history of Mobius. Sadly, her life was plagued with constant tragedy, and her mother Key was killed in a Brotherhood raid when Hikki was still young. Although her father Shadow tried to instruct her in combat, she remained a very rebellious soul, and it is implied that during the events of Past Ash's arrival, her rebellious nature led to the death of her father.
