BACKGROUND: In the original timeline, former heroes Sonikku (Sonic) Kumishiro and Amelia (Amy) Rose had been corrupted by Takile and joined the Brotherhood. Although their memories had been altered to suit Sigma's bidding, their feelings for one another had not diminished. Thus, 2 years after the War began, Amy gave birth to their daughter Kala. She was born with surprisingly little mutation, considering the horrid forms her parents possessed. Kala was raised admist the ranks of the bloodthirsty Brotherhood, and became a sister of sorts to her "loose" cousin Tajin. As she grew older, she became a member of the Brotherhood's scout party in Old Metropolis, and formed a rivalry with Sakura Ayomi and Numi Yamazaki.
